Pedro is a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer by profession and has over 25 years of experience as the founding entrepreneur of the international holding SPECPRO GROUP, a company that has participated in and developed projects/services worldwide across various sectors such as Mining, Energy, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas, among others. He pursued his academic education at UNI / PUCP in Peru and has completed multiple professional and management studies in the United States at institutions such as Yale, Stanford, and Wharton, as well as in Europe, where he is completing an Executive MBA in the UK & Switzerland. He has taken part in major regional and global projects through companies such as GdF Suez, Engie, and Bureau Veritas, among others.
Felipe Chueca Piaggio
Regional Investment Director
Business Administrator from Universidad del Pacífico, with a specialization in Commercial Management from Universidad de Cataluña.
Over 20 years of experience in the private sector, leading investment, restructuring, and corporate management processes. Specialist in private equity and alternative investments, with a track record in capital deployment strategies, deal structuring, portfolio management, and capital strategies across the mining, energy, transportation, and oil & gas sectors.
Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and risk management, as well as advising SMEs on financial inclusion and capital access.
Alonso Saavedra Rasmussen
Regional Director of Investment Risk Assessment
Alonso is an Economist with an MBA from Rey Juan Carlos University. He has over 25 years of experience in banking, risk management, and operations management in organizations such as Altas Cumbres (Chile), Scotiabank (Canada), and Grupo Sura (Colombia). He is a co-founder and manager of Fintech initiatives and financing consulting firms.
He has led restructuring processes, financial inclusion initiatives, and the development of high-performance teams, with experience in risk management strategy and the leadership of financial projects.

Co-founder of Fraser-Lever, Cliff Fraser continues to serve as a Principal Consultant, bringing decades of engineering expertise and leadership to the most technically demanding projects. Renowned for his experience in earthworks and structural engineering, Cliff is called upon to provide strategic guidance on complex technical matters.

Francisco Hizo
Managing Director
Francisco held roles as Country and Regional Business Development Director at global companies such as Worley, Sacyr, and Bureau Veritas, as well as regional firms like Cosapi and Graña. He has developed business in countries including Australia, Spain, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Panama, and Canada, among others.
As BD, he was involved in major mining projects in the region, such as: Cerro Verde expansion, Toromocho expansion (TIC 1.3 b USD), Toquepala expansion (TIC 1.2 b USD), Quellaveco project, among others. I also participate in infrastructure projects such as the new Jorge Chávez International Airport (TIC 1.5 b USD), the Colón thermal power plant in Panama, among others. Recently, I have been involved in engineering contracts for projects such as Justa Subterranea, PFS Coroccohuayco, and other concession and investment businesses
He has a solid professional background in Engineering and Finance, as well as a Master’s degree in International Master in Business Administration (IMBA) from IE Business School, ranked as the 5th best business school in the world in 2019, along with courses in Australia
Marco Antonio Garcia Santana

Marco García (55), a Panamanian investment banker with nearly four decades of international experience, has built a career specialized in structuring complex financial solutions. His reputation is backed by an impeccable private practice and the trust of clients and strategic business partners worldwide.
He brings over 30 years of senior-level expertise in investment banking (CIB), corporate finance, and strategic advisory, combining deep technical knowledge with a comprehensive vision. His background includes specialization in applied R&D, financial innovation, and Asset-Finance-Lab, along with active contributions in teaching, conferences, and in-house training programs.
Throughout his career, Marco has dedicated more than 100,000 hours to professional practice, leading projects across 30+ countries and 4 continents (Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa). His multicultural perspective has enabled him to adapt financial solutions to diverse markets and regulatory environments.
He has structured operations exceeding US$20 billion in structured finance, corporate and sustainable finance, in addition to advising on M&A transactions surpassing US$10 billion as lead advisor or part of senior deal teams.
Marco is driven by the mission of creating added value for clients and investors through corporate, sustainable, and digital finance. His areas of interest include the structuring of complex financial products, always with the vision of staying ahead of the future of global markets.
Ivan Rey
Engineering Manager
Recognized professional engineer in Peru, USA and Australia, where he has graduated from universities such Pontificia Universidad Catolica, New York City Collegue, Griffith University, The University of Melbourne, etc.
Extensive experience at the forefront of Asset and Project Portfolio for mining sector. Ivan has built a reputation as a skilled and valued professional and has been instrumental in devising and executing strategies to facilitate higher levels of productivity and performance.
Self-motivated and adapted for leading engineering teams and extensive experience in managing key project objectives within the oil, gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Ivan has participated at sites in the following: upstream, downstream, and Green/Brownfield assets, including feasibility, D&C, and EPC/EPCM type of projects. Ivan has developed O&G Upstream/Downstream processing, Mine Process Facilities (including gold, manganese, coal, and polymetallic mines), LNG/LPG.
